I've two wlan controller Cisco2100 (Air-WLC2125-k9) with a software version 7.0.98.0. Now I want upgrade to a new release but some my Ap are in mesh mode. How this ap will upgrade ?

HI Simone,
Normal APs upgrade like this:
Upgrade the WLC only. The WLC will distribute the new AP firmware's at a time the AP re registers back on the controller.

I would use the pre-image download as long as your mesh AP's are supported. This way you don't have a chance of any MAPs getting isolated.
