ipad ip address not pinging.

Hello Team,

ipad is connected to one particular ssid and got the ippaddress.The requirement is tp ping the printer ip address from the ipad.

>> have tested the other devices which are connected to same ssid tested peer to peer pinging and it is working.

>> is there any setting we need to enable/ disable in ipad for ping to happen?

 

AP>> 4800i/ap-mode-flex connect wlc-9800-l 17.12.4

yeah in the wlc end it is forwarding state.

So this is a client problem not a wireless (WLC/AP) problem because it works for other clients.

You need to contact Apple or your application developer about that.
