Hi Team,
I have a situation here, we have a site power down with around 25 flexconnect AP's, now when these AP's will go down it will generate a TRAP on controller and an Alarm on Prime, I'm fine with a TRAP on the controller but can we stop the Alarm on Prime.
Let me give you the background, every time an AP gets disassociated and Alarm is generated on Prime that gets converted into a ticket for my team and this being a planned outage I'm trying to avoid these tickets.
We cannot remove the controller or set it in maintenance mode as it has other 100 AP's connected to it with different sites.
If there is any way that we can achieve this please share it.
Any help or suggestion is welcome.
