Is Wireless packets encrypted?

simple question.. is traffic encrypted over the Control and Data channels? If it isn't how can I set it up?

Control plane is encrypted and data by default is not. Search the forum or the internet for, “wlc capwap control and data encryption”. If you want to encrypt data, this is typically used for OEAP, you can reference the OEAP guide which explains how to enable DTLS encryption.
