ISE 2.0 Hotspot portal with Email

I am attempting to create a guest Wi-Fi SSID using ISE 2.0 with a hotspot portal. I have been asked if we can capture the email address and also if possible to add a second tick box asking if our charity can contact the person using the wi-fi via email.

Is this possible to do with a Guest hotspot portal?

It does seem possible with a self registration portal but ideally we want to keep it really simple and not create accounts for our guest users.

Have you found a resolution for this?  I am being asked the same question for a guest solution that is currently only using the hot spot portal as well.

We did not find a solution. In the end we change the terms and conditions that we use to cover this but my preferred solution would be to have two tick boxes.

Years later, but better late than never.

There is currently no way to do this with the hotspot portal, but a Cisco TME did come up with a way to convert the self-registration portal to act similar to a hotspot to gather information:
