ISE round trip delay

hello,

I need to deploy ISE between Europe (Germany), Latin America (Brazil) and Singapore

admin and monitoring nodes will be EU and PSNs in all three sites. RTD EU<->BRA and EU<->SNG is just below 300ms

Does anyone know if there is a margin on this? what happens if RTD >300ms for a short period of time?
