Hello I have had a number of issue trying to view my account on my mob phone. I keep getting a password message - which I cannot access due to the email it is sending it is not something I can access.
I have been told to delete the free version account - which I cannot locate??
I have inserted 2 images I am getting from my phone atm. Can someone please call me I am getting desperate.
