Issue with Zebra devices

Hi Community,

we've got a Problem in just one location (warehouse) and only with zebra devices, Tablet-computers and printers. Dell Notebooks and Motorola/Symbol guns are working fine.

They have a paket-loss ~60% if we ping them - and that's the way they work: not properly.

In some other locations we use these printertyp without any problem. the tablets we do not use anywhere else, no further expirience.

No Traps like excluded clients or Login-errors.

We run a 5520 Controller with IOS 8.3.133.0 and AP1852I-E-K9.

Any Ideas?

Hi Leo,

thanks a lot, but our problem is a little different.

Devices get athentication without any problem. It tasts like a long sleeping period of the devicees, but they are up and in use.

What OS are these Zebras running on? Windows CE or Android?

The Tablets are running Windows 10.

The Printers are ZTC QLn420 with Firmware V68.20.10.Z
