Issues in upgrading MSE 3365 with 8.0.150.0 code

Hello Experts,

We have recently procured MSE 3365 and while upgrading the MSE with the upgrade procedure recommended in installation guide could not succeed.

Through WinSCP,  we are trying to copy the MSE image 8.0.150.0, the process gets struck at below message.

Has anyone faced similar issues? Please share the thoughts.
