Issues of authentication with wlc 5508 and radius

Hello evrybody,

I'm new at this domain and my project is to deploy a secure wireless, failing to use an ISE for many reasons, I'm working with an WLC 5508 and to do the authentication I used our Freeradius but there are some weird bugs that I faced and I would like to know your thoughts on it:

I added the wlc on the radius as client,after that when I test the connexion with iphone it displays the portal and I entred my radius login then I had the google page (normal and correct autentication). Then when I walked away from the access point, and when I come back he asked me to put my login again, I hadn't this issue with my laptop.

I would say that mac address isn't registred.

Hi Sali,

Any reason for you to think this radius server issue?

Can you verify encryption are you using on your SSID? Is it WPA/TKIP or WPA2/AES? Ensure that you choose either of them and not both of them and try the connectivity again.
