Dear sirs,

If there any Cisco recommendations or best practice documents on Key Performance Indicators of wireless network such as % of errors in Radio by AP, % of data passed trough AP, % of succesfull associations of users under each AP, % of unsuccesfull associations of users under each AP and so on?

Thank you in advance!

In Cisco website you will find only Data Sheets like these,

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/wireless/ps430/products_data_sheet09186a00800937a6.html. Probably your local cisco representative could get you this document.

Personally, my KPI are the following:

1.  AP uptime;

2.  Total amount of AUTHENTICATED vs associated clients per day.  (I will start raising my eyebrows if authenticated clients go up >30 wireless clients per AP.)

3.  AP interface speed should be 1 Gbps and NOT 100 Mbps (or less).

4.  Wireless interference detected.

Hi Leo Laohoo!
Do you have the Oids for the KPis you mentioned?
Regards!
