L3 Roaming between two controllers.

I have two controllers.One is WLC2006 ans the other is WLC4112. Each one have own AP(LWAPP). I'd like L3 roaming design between WLC2006 and WLC4112. IF each have differnt netwok,is L3 roaming possible? anybody who has designed L3 roaming, help me out please.

This should be possible by putting both controllers in the same mobility group. Am not sure if the WLC's should be in the same VLAN. In my latest implementation we did so...

L3 roaming is possible between controllers as long as the controllers are in the same mobility group. The WLCs do not need to be in the same subnet.
