Hi Team ,

When my clients connect to 802.11AN , they are working fine but when they connect to 802.11BN and I ping them , they show high latency and ping drop.

Hi Sandeep ,

The issue is just reported by client and I would be taking remote session after a couple of hours.

I would do what you told .

Is there anything I can do . The client has told he's only facing latency on systems connected to BN and everything works fine on AN.

Also, you could try to disable lower data rates (802.11 b rates) from the WLC if not needed. This can be done from: Wireless -> 802.11b/g/n -> Network -> 1 - 11 Mbps disabled, 12 Mbps Mandatory and the above rates Supported.
