LEAP authentication

I have been using my WLSE device for LEAP authentication however am in the process of retiring it as I deply more and more WLCs. Which Cisco devices can authenticate LEAP requests?

I have several 4400 Wireless Lan Controllers, however not sure they can support LEAP authentication. Documentation sort of says you can but I haven't found any way to do it.

I want to authenticate my 7920 and 7921 IP phones using LEAP.

In some remote locations I want them to authenticate locally in the event that the main server is unavailable due to WAN or any other problems. Remote locations have 2800 series routers.

Thx.

We use LEAP and it does work.

In WLAN -> security -> L2 tab set L2 security to 802.1x. Leave wep 104 bit. on AAA server tab select ACS server you configured under Secuirty. Add WLC managment ip add as AAA client in ACS. That should do it.
