Leap remote authentication

We are going to enable leap at our stores but we have 2 issues:

1) Once LEAP is active then you can only dial in after someone has authenticated to the server, we checked the box "No Network Connection Unless User is Logged In" box under LEAP Settings on the client? This should allow the client to stay associated after logging off and back on. If you reboot then you can't get logged back in unless someone at the remote location authenticates so we are back in the same boat.

2) There seems to be an inactivity issue also, where LEAP seems to timeout even with the "No Network Connection Unless User is Logged in" checked.

We have a help desk that needs to get dialed in all times plus we need to send code at all times.

You should call Cisco about this. I can't think of a good workaround but a deployment this size is probably one Cisco should look at.
