Hi all,
I'm confusing with license prime infrastructure. I have some questions about license prime infrastructure.
1. I installed prime infrastructure 2.0, and I added license is lifecycle.
2. I bought new assuarance license version 2.x, I did not buy lifecycle license.
3. I want to install new prime infrastructure 3.1, i don't want upgrade it from 2.0.
I read cisco prime infrastructure guide that a Lifecycle license is a required prerequisite for Assurance license. How should I add license into prime new infrastructure? (I upraded assuarance license to 3.1 and I have file lifecycle license 2.0)
Please help me!

Hi Malit,
I think, from the link below you can bundle the lifecycle and assurance together from 2.x when you install 3.x however I guess you will need support in order to generate the new license file?
When I've gone from 1.x->2.x->3.x with fresh installs I have logged a TAC case to generate the file or gone on to the license portal (www.cisco.com/go/license) and transferred them that way. I think both require maintenance/support though.

Hi Ric,
Thank you for your answer. I opened TAC case.
And I do:
1. I rehosted lifecycle license with TAC cisco 's support.
2. I upgrade Assuarance license from 2.x to 3.1

Mai
