Hi, can someone explain to me how the Meraki licenses work, for example if I have 20 APs but I only renew the license of 10 of them and add them to the administration dashboard, can I continue to use the other 10 APs? Even if you don't have them centrally registered on the platform, could you manage them independently of each one? or in your case update them?

First of all, it depends on wether you're using the (old) Co-Termination or the (newer) Per Device Licensing Model:

Apart from that, you will be unable to use APs (or other Meraki devices) without registering them to the Dashboard. And...having a license for each one of them. 😉
