If you are restricted to 900 MHz I don’t know of any product giving you that range. With 2.4 GHz, the Aironet 350 products will give you a 600 meter range with about 1Mbps throughput with the right antenna’s and no obstructions. If you can put a bridge as a repeater half-way there or so, you’ll get your 800 meters.
