Load threshold violation 802.11 a/n

I keep getting these minor alarms "Load threshold violation 802.11.a/n".  Where are these thresholds defined?  I have Prime 2.1 and 5508 controllers 7.6

John,

You can change the alert threshold for each band via Wireless > 802.11(a/n/ac) or 802.11(b/g/n) > RRM > General.  You will see Profile Threshold For Traps and there you can increase or decrease the number of clients associated to a radio that will trigger the alarm.

You can also do this through the CLI with:

config rf-profile client-trap-threshold NUMBER

Hope that helps!

Randy

Perfect Thanks!

On the WLC you can adjust the load threshold in Wireless > Network > RRM > General

You want to adjust the Load Threshold for Traps
