looking for suitable wifi access points

Dear all 

We need to design a wifi lab for 150 users for general internet surfing, this lab has two apartments so 3 to 5 access points are enough (hopefully)

could you please guide me which access point model may support 100 users at a time , 

Note: solution should be cost effective so without wireless lan controller is it possible ? ? ? if no then also share wireless lan controller model for this setup , users may exceed to 200 maximum.
