Hello,
I have a network includes: MAC Client, connected to AP then to WLC, the AP connected to HP switches, The Switches connected to Root Switch, the Switch connected to Firewall.
Our Problem look to be as follow:
the clients loos the connection and the video works not normally (bad quality with jitter), so the ping from the client to the google DNS server give sometime high latency and sometimes loss of packet (unreachable for few seconds) and going ok again.
Any Help please.
Thanks

There are lot of variables, you should narrow down the issue.
What WLC model/software version you running ? What is the AP model ?
Pls attach "show client detail <mac_addr>" output of a client who is having poor video quality while it is running that application.

The information you'll provide by running the "show client detail <mac_addr>" will probably help a lot.
Use a device and test it yourself, start the video and while you experience the issue run the command.
How is the RF environment ? Have you looked at it with a spectrum analyzer ?
Have you attempted to check at what speed the client is associated with the Access Point ?
Do you know if there is a lot of retry happening in your environment ?
Once you've your laptop ready and you're running the test.
You can do the following.
SSH to the WLC and run
(Cisco Controller) >show advanced 802.11b txpower
and
(Cisco Controller) >show advanced 802.11a txpower
SSH in your AP and run this command:
AP#debug dot11 dot11Radio 0 trace print rcv
AP#debug dot11 dot11Radio 1 trace print rcv
Please post the results and we will have a better idea of what's the status.
Thanks,
Ben
