lost connectivity

I have installed last week eight AP-350 with some PC to equiped Cisco PCMCIA Card wireless.

All it worked in order.

Today customer called me to say that some PC can't connect through AP to network.

What it can be ?

What can I do to troubleshotting ?

Since you actually had it working, I have a question. I just purchased a new one and it does nothing.... Cannot even connect to it via console with Hyperterminal (reviewed setting required). When plugged into the ethernet, I get a blinking on the switch but nothing on the device at all. I am using switch without inline power so I have the adapter in place to provide power. I am trying to figure out if I am missing something or if its DOA.
