Low Data rates

Hi all,

For some sites in my organization the dashboard is reporting for some clients low dates (around 7% or 8%) with SNR of +40db and RSSI of -48dbm. To my understanding the SNR and RSSI values are good, thus i dont understand how can some clients have very low data rates.

What would be the approach to troubleshoot this, what should i be looking for to identify what is causing low data rates?

TIA

In most cases it is a non-issue.

The dashboard takes the client max datarate at max channel width.
Since most decent 5 GHz networks operate at 20 to 40 MHz then you already are at 25 to 50% datarate closest to the AP's.

I think the devs should change up this metric to account for the configured channel width of the network.
