info: the default state of the WLC is that ip mac-binding is enabled ever since the 5.2 code. Also just want to let you know that WLC have max local database entry of 2048(it will include username, mac address...etc).
so i would recommand:
The DHCP server on controllers is a simple implementation so if you want to do this you'd need to use an external DHCP server instead.
