We can't configure/manage/monitor our C9800-L-F-K9 16.12.04a with an iPhone or iPad. (iOS Version 13 or 14).
Configuration and installation not in the cloud.
With our old 2504 controller we had an iOS-App "Cisco Wireless". But we find no iOS app compatible with the 9800L controller.
With browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) we can https connect via IP address, but we see every AP count and Client count with number "0".
Has anyone else the same problem?

You should address your question in the Wireless Mobility section in Cisco Community. This is mainly space for the Cisco Small Business solutions which include Cisco Business and Cisco Small Business products.
