Is it appropriate behavior for a MAP AP to take 15 minutes to reassociate with a RAP after a power outage. It looks like they have to timeout before they attempt a new CAPWAP connection. If this is appropriate is there a way to speed this up?

to clarify I am using 1242 AP's for both MAP and RAP.
