Meraki Access Manager

Hi,

we purchased a license for meraki access manager and I am trying to connect wireless Android devices with Microsoft Intune.
The connection should be certificateless at the moment, just with a username and password, is there some configuration document to do it.

Do I need MX for the solution?

Thanks

Maybe this will help you.

I am not a Cisco employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

There is not a MX requirement. Just Meraki AP or Switch. In your case it sounds like you're working with wireless devices. So you need Meraki AP(s) and set the SSID authentication to use Access Manager.

And then of course Access Manager requires configuration.

I have not been able to get username/password authentication to work in any Entra tenant that Microsoft has migrated their authentication methods (and this is a compulsory migration for all tenants).

As a result, I only use certificate-based authentication now. I like use Microsoft Cloud PKI for my issuing CA, and use Intune to do the certificte deployment.
