I wanted to inform you about a Meraki access point (AP) that I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the original project with the initial customer has been canceled, and I now have a new project with a different customer.

You really want to contact the person you bought the license from, but if you have the email with the license key, then technically you can just use it in the new customer.
