Because you need to authorize the user on both networks, if you authorize on network A it will not be automatically authorized on network B, you need to access network B and authorize.

The authentication base will be the same, what you must define is which SSID the user will be authorized to log in to.

Simply enter the desired network and authorize the user for this network according to the document below.

let me explain little more, SO i had one Org and in that org i made one network A, then I made couple of SSID and for one SSID i picked "Meraki Cloud Authentication".

Now under same Org i made another Network B added MR and made SSID and picked Meraki Cloud Authentication" now for new SSID i see same Network A database, i cant find setting to control users SSID wise. it seems one database, which seems Meraki Design Limitation.

I hope its clear.

It was already clear.

I have two networks and I can authorize the user on both.

Now One more question, actually i am moving over all my MR from Network A to Network B, what steps i need to do.

1. Removing MR from Network A

2. Adding MR to Network B

3. then can i have Same SSID with same setting in Network B so all my users dont have to do anything mean join their Phones and laptop. maybe they have to turn OFF/ON to get new IPs.

You can simply move them.

I have not used this feature yet, but the new Organisation Wide users feature could be just what you need. This is an early access feature, so you have to enable it to use it.
