Anyone have any issues with Meraki Wireless RADIUS Proxy service on Monday 5/19 between the hours of 11am and 5PM CST?

Nope, what problem were you having?

I am not a Cisco employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Hi!

If you're seeing a specific error or client behaviour, I'd recommend opening a support case as there will be logs that can be interrogated by the engineer to assist in diagnosing this.

Thanks, ticket was opened and escalated before posting anything here. Was informed that there was a possible issue that coincides with event timelines. Currently awaiting RCA from Cisco Meraki Team.

Update. Event was unrelated to shard failover noticed by Meraki team.
