Mesh possible?

I will have a 1522AG AP on a pole in one of my storage yards. I currently have a 1242AG AP on the side of my building approximatly 500' from the pole. Is it possible for the 1522AG to pick up the signal from the 1242AG and mesh to it so I don't have to run a fiber optic cable to the new 1522AG?

The only way is to have a RAP so that your 1500 can connect to that. the only way you can have the 1242 act as a RAP is if you convert that to a mesh ap. So if that 1242 is being used to provide access to wireless users, you would be better off running a cable to a 1500 RAP.
