Mobile users not able to authenticate

HI Team ,

    this is a peculiar issue started recently that few users were not able to get authenticated to wireless using there mobile , parameters checked

 

  • DHCP scope is sufficient no issues found
  • user AD id's are added for authentication

please help me here it is happening only with few users

what does your AAA server say when it rejects them?

on AAA server i can see the log

External DB account restriction
