I have just purchased a brand new AIR-AP1562I-E-K9.
- Seams that i have the wrong firmware on my AP. I need to install the Mobility Express version so the AP can act as standalone.
- I can't download new firmware on my cisco account?, need some support contract!?
If so, what is the name of the contract we need to buy (only for upgrade AP, no need for any other support)
Any help would be very appreciated.

You need to have a valid service contract!! to download software from cisco website.
you can also contatc to supplier to get the right image (ME)

What is the name of the contract?, there are like 500000000000 billions of them, ;)

Cisco Smartnet is one of them but need to check with your supplier.
My personal knowledge: when we buy cisco products from our supplier..then Normally its called the maintenance contract valid for 3/5 years for the product we buy.
