Mobility - WLAN Node Physical Velocity Limitation

I am presently investigating the capabilities of WLAN's to network vehicles travelling between 50 - 100km per hour. The plan is to use bridges to interconnect vehicles in a point to multi-point configuration.

Is there a known limitation on 802.11g that prevents connectivity between mobile nodes above a physical velocity? E.g possibly due to the effects of doppler?

An RFC reference would also be helpful thanks.
