Is it possible to find the device model by serial number, if so can someone tell me how to find the Model of Cisco Router with a serial number.

Yes sure...
copy ( https://cway.cisco.com/mydevices ) and paste it
enter your credentials ( your cisco ID ). choose ADD Devices. and follow the instructions.
chick the 2 attachments iv uploaded also
