Hi

There is no technology-specific CCNA anymore. You can do a new CCNA that gives an associate-level overview of the new tech. Next Wireless specific cert is CCIE Wireless.

As already mentioned, there is no CCNA Wireless anymore. But the next step is not CCIE Wireless. On the Cisco curriculum, the Specialisations for Wireless Implementation and Design are the next steps. There is a Wireless foundation course that teaches the basics that everyone should know before going further with the specializations.

For a vendor-neutral education take a look into the CWNA from cwnp.com.

does specialisation exam give a cert?

Yes, they give you a "Specialist Certification":

  • 300-430 ENWLSI: Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Wireless Implementation
  • 300-425 ENWLSD: Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Wireless Design
