MSE 3350 - Hardware Failed Error

I had upgraded the MSE to 7.0.202. Release code. The Upgrade along with the 4 database zips went smooth.But the MSE status shows following

If anyone can help me or shed some light into the scenario.

Logs would need to be checked. If you have the opportunity for a TAC case, don't hesitate to go for it.

I have TAC involved on it. hopefully they will have an answer for me They are not able to find the cause for the issue yet.
