                   Can MSE running software 7.0.220.0, work with WCS runing WCS-standard-K9-7.0.240.0 and WLC 5508 runing AIR-CT5500-K9-7-3-112.0 ?

No. The MSE and the WCS has to be an equal or higher version. With WLC 7.3 you need Prime Infrastructure. Here is a compatibility matrix that shows you what codes are compatible.
