NCS Prime: Traffic Stream Metric Reports not beeing populated

Hello,

I have a VoWLAN where i'd like to get Traffic Stream Reports, but no reports generated. I get the message No data matches the specified criteria for the report.

Any idea, i configured the Voice Media Parameters like this.

any ideas?

Alex,

Can you verify if the 'Traffic Stream metrics' task is enabled & running successfully ? It can be seen from the Administration --> background tasks page.

What version of code are the WLC's running ?

Is the data presented directly on the WLC ?

Hi Ram,

The data is also not presented on the Controller and the code is 7.0.220.0.

In the NCS the TRaffic Stram Metric is enabled and running all 5 minutes.

Hi Alex,

Then it won't be a NCS/reporting issue as the data is polled from the WLC's. I would suggest opening a TAC case against the Controller to troubleshoot it further to run debugs & such.
