Need some information

I am going to use as gateway router Cisco 2911 which will directly connect with the ISP. ISP will deliver the bandwidth of 145 Mbps, but as far as i realized by reading the datasheet  cisco 2911 only can handle 35-75 mbps! 

so if i use that router as my gateway ...will any major problem occur ???????

Not really, but why pay for a 145 Mbps and won't be able to use >75Mbps?
