I need to buy wireless device for 6 floor building. I prefer one wi-fi device for all floor or each floor depending on cost. Can any one suggest me Which AP (With or without Controller) I can suggest for this solution? approx 120 User Including Mobile phone in all floor.

You are looking at this wrong. You need to determine your requirements for wireless and then determine how much can that AP cover along with density. That will tell you how many AP's you need per floor. One AP per floor in many environments would not work due to attention.

There is no way we can recommend anything based on the information provided.
If each floor is a single small room then 1 AP may be fine but if there are 50 rooms per floor then 1 AP will not even come close.
If wireless is just going to be used for Guest internet access then you may get away with it not being up to scratch for coverage but if your clients are going to be using it for corporate access then you would do wise to conduct a proper survey and pick your AP locations and numbers based on this.
