Network Pritners not showing on Android or IOS Mobiles

Dear All, I am unable to view my network printers on my mobile device when connected through the Cisco AP 3802i with WLC 5508. However, when I connect using D-Link or TP-Link routers, the printers show up and I can print from my mobile. I’ve tried to illustrate my issue with a diagram (please excuse any errors). I’m asking for a solution from Network Champions. In simple terms, why aren’t the network printers showing up on Android or iOS devices when connected through the Cisco AP?

Because the picture shows that the Cisco APs have disabled 802.11b possibly due to Flexible Radio Assignment.  While the Netgear APs do not have this feature so they should be able to see printers that only broadcast in 2.4 Ghz.
