New installed NCS doesnt send alarms

The mail server/receipt setting are fine. and a test mail went well to the receivers. we send critical alarms to the receivers, and

However won't send the alarms. the followings are some related configure.

If the test mail gets sent successfully, the alerts would be using the same mail server settings as well.

If you have virtual domains configured in NCS, please make sure these E-mail notifications are enabled for that domain/user.
