Anyone setup a 5508 and a Nexus 5548P yet? Anything I should know about, or do I just make the usual port channels?
Regards,
Scott

Hi Scott,
nothing special normally. Just make the etherchannel load balancing as "src-dst-ip" and you should be good to go.
Also remember to not put any portchannel negociation, just mode "on".

Hey Scott,
Also make sure you use "spanning-tree port type network" on the Nexus side.

Thanks Kyle. Is there any guide for connecting to a Nexus, or do I just have to pay attention to the protocols/technologies in use?
Regards,
Scott

There's no guide that I know of just pay attention to the same basics as you would for an etherchannel to a 6500 for example with the addtion on the above spanning-tree command and be sure to use "mode on" for the port channel. HTH. Good luck!
