Hi
I have Cisco Aironet 1142n.
I currently have no access to config t in order to configure interfaces or the web console.
I found this article regarding the fact that my IOS version is set incorrectly but I can't set up telnet to upgrade the image as I have no access to config to set a password on it. The AP is getting an IP from DHCP and I can ping it but I cant access the web console either.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

You're most likely having a lightweight Access point when you wanted an IOS access point.
Download the IOS software for 1142, then do the following on ap console :
-debug capwap console cli
-archive download-sw /f /o tftp://
Bingo, it reboots in IOS.
