old adapters with new AP

can PCI 802.11b adapter (AIR-PCI352) be connected to AP1100.

if yes, why is there only one ref, however with a/b/g adapters there is a reference for ETSI, FCC, ...

does FCC support 100mW transmission power?

AP 1100 is a .11b ( upgradeable to .11g) and .11b adapter can connect to it. FCC does support a 100mW power for the alloted frequnecies for 802.11b standard.
