I tries 0 or FFFF, but they do not work. Anyone knows?
Thanks,

The SNMP parameter? awcDot11AllowAssocBroadcastSSID.2=F
The "F" is case sensitive. "false" or "FALSE" will not work either.

Just to clarify, I guess that you mean disabling (via SNMP) the "Broadcast SSID" which appears in the Beacons, instead of simply disabling the Beacons. 802.11 can't work without beacons, at least to my knowledge...

Guys:SNMP mangement and setting the broadcoast ssid are two different beasts. Yes 802.11 can work if the broadcast ssid is set to cloaked. The client sends out a layer 2 probe request, and the AP answers back (in clear text!) the ssid in a probe response.
NOW, here is my question. I have a Cisco 1200AP with 120.0T loaded. Where can I set the ssid to not broadcast (ie cloaked)?
Thanks
