PC prefer furtherest AP 1131 over the other.

Hello,

Why would a client machine (laptop) prefer the furtherest AP, over the closest one?  Both AP are configured the same (local) and controlled by WLC. No one else (in that area) is having this type of trouble and the total number of associations at any given time is no more than 8 people.

It's a very common thing.  IT's got nothing to do with the AP but probably caused by the Wireless NIC of the client.  Try upgrading to the latest firmware.
