Lorenzo,
All radio cards that are WiFi approved. See the logo. Now, most of vendors have implemented the strict 802.11rules, but since all of us thought of improvements to the standard, we all have added "proprietary features in our AP's. As such, 802.11mode of operation is sort of basic for all of us but nevertheless the common mode to all of us.
Bottom line, if you get a WiFi compliant radio card, it should work with your AP350 as well as any other WiFi AP's, but most likely you will have to release/uncheck the proprietary features on the AP.
By default, AP's are in the mode offering the very best performance with their own vendor radio cards, which is not pure 802.11.
