We have MAC's which use VMware Horizon View. When they try connecting to a virtual desktop using PCoIP the screen is black while trying to connect then gives an error display protocol not available. Is this a wireless issue, or client server issue?
Thanks in advance,
Bret

In this stage your are sure that the WLAN is not the problem, which is a good thing. Please verify that, if there are any ACL's on the switches, the traffic is being allowed. Besides that my advice is to look into the log files on both the client and server side for any error or warning messages. Finally, maybe this document can help you in your further troubleshooting.

Thanks for chiming in Freerk.
When using PCoIP it does not work on the lan, or wlan. So it may be a server client configuration issue, unless I need to allow something on the network.

Problem fixed. We moved our data centers recently and the pcoip secure gateway address was an from the old data center. Changed the IP and problem fixed. Gotta love packet captures.

As i can see that the problem is fixed now by changing the IP address, please mark the post as answered now.
